Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 26, 2026

Because our services may include customized digital marketing work, influencer campaigns, creator partnerships, software-related services, digital products, subscriptions, and mobile applications, p1b2 LLC has established the following refund and cancellation terms to ensure clarity and fairness for brands, creators, clients, users, and partners.

p1b2 LLC is a digital marketing and technology company. We provide digital marketing services and also develop our own digital products, software tools, and mobile applications.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid services, campaigns, digital products, software tools, subscriptions, mobile applications, and other paid offerings provided by p1b2 LLC, unless a separate written agreement, invoice, product-specific policy, app store policy, or third-party platform policy states otherwise.

1. Cancellations for Brands and Clients

For digital marketing services, influencer marketing campaigns, creator partnerships, consulting, strategy work, or other custom client services, cancellation terms depend on the stage of work already completed and the resources already committed.

  • **Before work begins:
If a brand or client cancels before p1b2 LLC has materially started strategy work, campaign planning, creator outreach, influencer selection, software-related work, project setup, or resource allocation, a full or substantial refund may be available.
  • **After planning, strategy work, creator outreach, influencer selection, project setup, or service preparation has begun:
The brand or client may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already completed, the resources committed, and any third-party costs incurred.
  • **After campaign launch, creator content production, media spend, software delivery, product setup, or service execution has begun:
Refunds are generally not available, as work, resources, development time, placements, deliverables, or third-party commitments may already be used, completed, or non-recoverable. p1b2 LLC reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the scope of work, stage of completion, written agreement, invoice terms, actual work performed, and costs already incurred.

2. Cancellations for Creators and Influencers

Once a creator or influencer accepts a campaign brief, project scope, collaboration agreement, or creator opportunity, they are expected to deliver the agreed content or services on time and in accordance with the approved requirements.

If a creator or influencer fails to deliver agreed content, misses deadlines without valid justification, violates campaign requirements, removes content too early, fails to comply with disclosure rules, or violates platform guidelines, p1b2 LLC may:

  • Remove the creator or influencer from the campaign or program
  • Withhold, reduce, or delay related payments
  • Reassign the opportunity to another creator
  • End the collaboration
  • Take any other reasonable action permitted by the applicable agreement Creators and influencers are responsible for communicating delays, issues, or concerns as soon as possible.

3. Digital Products, Software Tools, Subscriptions, and Mobile Applications

Some digital products, software tools, mobile applications, subscriptions, paid features, beta programs, or online services may be offered directly by p1b2 LLC or through third-party platforms.

Unless otherwise stated in product-specific terms or required by applicable law:

  • Payments for digital products, software tools, paid features, subscriptions, or mobile applications are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, the product has been delivered, the feature has been activated, or the paid service period has begun.

  • Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund amounts already paid.

  • If a subscription is cancelled, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the applicable platform, product-specific terms, or law provides otherwise.

  • Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next renewal date if they do not want to be charged again.

  • p1b2 LLC may choose to provide a refund, credit, extension, or other remedy on a case-by-case basis, but doing so does not create a right to future refunds. Refund eligibility for digital products, software tools, subscriptions, or mobile applications may depend on:

  • Whether the product, subscription, or feature has already been accessed, delivered, downloaded, activated, or used

  • Whether custom setup, onboarding, development, support, or implementation work has already started

  • Whether the issue is caused by p1b2 LLC, a third-party service, user error, unsupported device, operating system limitation, app store restriction, payment processor issue, or external platform problem

  • Whether a product-specific refund policy, app store policy, or third-party platform policy applies

  • Any rights required by applicable consumer protection laws

4. Purchases Through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Third-Party Platforms

Some p1b2 LLC digital products, mobile applications, subscriptions, or paid features may be purchased through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment providers.

If a purchase is made through a third-party platform:

  • Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by that platform’s own terms, policies, and procedures.
  • p1b2 LLC may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by third-party platforms.
  • Users may need to manage cancellations, refund requests, and billing issues through the platform where the purchase was made.
  • Platform fees, processing rules, refund eligibility, timing, and approval decisions may be controlled by the third-party platform. For app store purchases, users should follow the cancellation or refund process provided by the relevant app store or platform.

5. Free Trials, Promotions, and Discounts

p1b2 LLC may offer free trials, promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, beta access, or limited-time pricing for certain products, services, or subscriptions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Free trials may convert into paid subscriptions if not cancelled before the trial period ends.
  • Promotional pricing may apply only for the stated period.
  • Discounts, coupon codes, or special offers may not be refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
  • If a user cancels after a free trial converts into a paid subscription, cancellation will generally stop future renewals but will not automatically refund the current paid period.
  • p1b2 LLC may modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific terms provided with the offer.

6. Delivery Delays

  • **Delays caused by p1b2 LLC:
If p1b2 LLC is responsible for an unreasonable delay in campaign launch, service delivery, software-related work, onboarding, product setup, or agreed deliverables, the client or user may be eligible for a partial refund, account credit, timeline adjustment, service extension, or other reasonable solution depending on the situation.
  • **Delays caused by brands, clients, creators, influencers, users, or third parties:
If delays occur due to late approvals, missing materials, incomplete information, lack of response, unavailable access, delayed assets, payment issues, third-party approvals, or failure to provide required information, p1b2 LLC is not responsible for the delay. New timelines may be established where appropriate.
  • **Delays caused by external platforms or technical issues:
p1b2 LLC is not responsible for delays caused by social media platforms, app stores, ad platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, operating systems, device limitations, third-party APIs, or other external systems outside our reasonable control.

7. No Refunds Will Be Issued If

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The campaign brief, creator selection, strategy, deliverables, product setup, software-related work, or service scope was approved by the brand or client
  • Creators delivered content that met the agreed scope, even if campaign performance varied
  • Services, strategy work, creator outreach, campaign planning, software-related work, consulting, onboarding, development, or product setup have already been completed
  • A digital product, subscription, software tool, paid feature, or mobile application has already been accessed, activated, delivered, downloaded, used, or made available
  • Delays occurred because of late responses, missing assets, incomplete information, lack of timely approvals, payment issues, or failure to provide access from the client, brand, creator, influencer, user, or third party
  • The campaign, service, or product was negatively impacted by external factors such as platform algorithm changes, account issues, ad rejections, app store restrictions, operating system changes, market conditions, device compatibility issues, payment processor issues, or third-party service failures
  • The customer changed their mind after work, access, delivery, activation, or service execution had already begun
  • The issue results from misuse, unauthorized modification, unsupported devices, user error, violation of our Terms of Service, or use of the product or service outside its intended purpose
  • A third-party platform’s terms, app store rules, or payment provider policy does not allow p1b2 LLC to process the refund directly Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Creator Payments

Creators and influencers are compensated only after campaign completion, delivery verification, and confirmation that the agreed requirements have been met, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

p1b2 LLC may withhold, reduce, or delay creator payments if:

  • Required content was not delivered
  • Content did not follow the approved brief
  • Content was removed too early or not posted as agreed
  • Required disclosure tags or legal requirements were not followed
  • Platform metrics could not be verified
  • Fraud, manipulation, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity is detected
  • The creator or influencer violated campaign requirements or applicable terms
  • The campaign was cancelled or materially affected by the creator’s failure to perform Creator payments are subject to the specific campaign agreement, payment terms, and verification process.

9. Exceptions and Legal Rights

p1b2 LLC may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted in one situation does not guarantee that the same exception will apply in the future.

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protection rights.

If there is a conflict between this policy and a product-specific policy, written agreement, invoice, app store rule, payment provider policy, or applicable law, the more specific or legally required rule will apply.
